When purchasing goods on this website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the item. For more on the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:
Notification: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at [email protected] with your name, address, email address, order number, and specified item(s). You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), which you can find here.
Return: You must send back the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping & Condition: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and for their condition during transit. We recommend returning items well-packaged and in their original packaging.
Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back.
Diminished Value: If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods from the refund.
5.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal was broken after delivery.
Goods made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized.
Services that have been fully performed, provided you expressly consented to the commencement of the service and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal once fully performed.
Goods that rapidly deteriorate or expire (e.g., food).
Individual issues of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
We inspect all products before dispatch. Should a product arrive damaged or incorrect, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation (Konsumentköplagen).
6.1 How to submit a complaint:
Notice: Any defects or errors must be reported to us as soon as they are discovered. A complaint made within two (2) months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been submitted in time.
Contact: Email us at [email protected] stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect (preferably with photos).
Remedy & Costs: If the complaint is approved, we will repair the product, send a replacement, or issue a full refund including return shipping costs. We are responsible for all reasonable shipping costs incurred for approved claims.
Dispute: We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the product is found not to be defective under applicable law. In case of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Indirect Damages: We take no responsibility for indirect damages (e.g., lost profit or consequential loss) that may arise from the use of a product, unless required by mandatory consumer law.
Force Majeure: We are exempt from liability for failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or major disruptions in supplier deliveries.
Product Variations: We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that images fully reflect the exact appearance of the products due to variations in monitor displays, color rendering, and photo quality.
