Return & Withdrawal Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ELBOLZO. If you wish to return an item or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please follow the instructions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day window and return the item(s) promptly (no later than 14 days after notifying us).

2. How to Submit a Return

Making a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Return Form: Complete our online form to register your return. Click here.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging (where possible) to prevent damage during transport.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address provided below. (Important Note on Shipping: You are responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our address.)

3. Return Conditions & Reduced Value

  • Items must be returned in good condition.

  • If an item has been handled, used, or tested beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof that you have sent it back), we will refund all payments received from you—including standard delivery costs—within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items (Complaints)

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not use the standard return form. Instead, email us directly at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve it for you free of charge.
